Marisa,
well-known restauranteur of Marisa's Restaurant on Madison Avenue
in Bridgeport, cooks an Italian meal for Dolly.
Marisa starts with homemade pasta made from flower and eggs with the macaroni
cut by hand. She then prepares fresh tomato sauce with wild mushrooms and Veal
a la Marisa with sliced veal cutlets, artichokes, mushrooms, and prosciotto.
