While not all
of her programs are with craftsmen, quite a few are during the
course
of each year. Former SCC president Addi Laughlin demonstrated her Ukrainian
Pysanky egg decorating, and Wanda Dick from Trumbull demonstrated the art of
Polish and German Paper Cutting. Other programs have focused on unusual people
with interesting professions or hobbies, such as a master hand book-binder,
a theater organist, a wine maker in the Italian tradition, a local restaurant
owner/chef, a group of acoustic engineers, and a lepidopterist from Redding.
Dolly produces her own show. Victor Cromwell is the director/videographer.
